A Heineken Guitar Solo
In the Summer of 2011 I was chosen from a small group of artist to paint for a new and unique project.
The commission was a partnership between FENDER and Heineken. Selected artists were commissioned to paint a guitar and amplifier.
I was inspired my thoughts of Jimi Hendrix and BB King when I painted.
I’m not gonna lie I watched Prince kill the game on “My Guitar Gently Weeps” on repeat!
Super fun experience and it made expand on painting different things. It also gave me a real chance to explore some really good music.
