The Real World Homecoming: New Orleans

As the roommates' time in New Orleans comes to an end, they reflect on how they've all changed since 2000 and leave their mark on the city one last time. With the help of Melissa's old friend Lionel, the roommates memorialize their experience with a mural painting. Melissa and Julie think that Tokyo is closing himself off again and try to get him to open up more. When Mardi Gras shows up at their front door Kelley has a realization and drops a bombshell on the rest of the house. Air Date: Jun 7, 2022
On their last day in the house, the remaining cast met up with New Orleans artist Lionel Milton. You may remember Lionel as being the man who befriended Melissa in the original season and inspired her to learn how to paint. In their final moments of "Homecoming," everyone came together to say goodbye to the city that bookended their 20s and 40s by helping Lionel to paint a mural that you can still see on the corner of Magazine St. and St. Mary.
21 years later, the Real World: New Orleans roommates are moving back to “The Big Easy” to settle unfinished business in a dramatic 8-EP docu-style reunion, to find out what happened after the cameras turned off and they moved forward with their lives.
